Notes From The Vineyards
-Snoqualmie was one of the first wineries in the state to craft wines from USDA-certified organically grown grapes and as of 2008, has the largest certified organic vineyard in the state.
-After inoculating with Prise de Mousse yeast, the grapes were fermented on the skins for three days with gentle, twice daily spray-overs to achieve additional extraction of color and tannin.
