VITICULTURE: Low-yielding fruit was sourced from selected premium Barossa Valley vineyards during a drought year.

WINEMAKING: The selected fruit was crushed into open fermenters for up to 15 days extended fermentation and maceration.

STORAGE/MATURATION: 30 months in 225 litre barriques in temperature controlled cellars.
